Housing & Stability Support at Wraparound RVA is built from lived veteran experience and years of hands-on work with public agencies, housing authorities, and community partners. We focus on creating safe, stable places to live for veterans and low-to-moderate income residents while guiding each person through the real-world steps it takes to secure and keep housing.
We work across the full housing journey: from short-term stabilization and voucher navigation to long-term planning for mixed-use, veteran-friendly communities. Our team understands how credit, income, past evictions, and benefit questions can stand in the way. Instead of handing you a list of numbers to call, we walk beside you, coordinating with our HUD-approved housing counseling partner to align your housing goals, budget, and eligibility.

- Veteran housing initiatives that prioritize those who have served, including support with applications, documentation, and benefit integration.
- Affordable housing navigation for individuals and families, helping you understand your options and what is realistic right now.
- Guidance around mixed-use housing developments that connect residents to nearby jobs, transit, and cultural spaces rather than isolating them.
- Access to HUD-aligned counseling for renters and aspiring homeowners who want to build a clear path toward long-term stability.
